As a result of Business Skills Training, Tumushifti Balonza, a 32-year-old female carpenter of Tujenge Group in Kasonga, was promoted by her boss from being a mere employee to a supervisor because of her demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer care, record management and her ability to mentor other employees at the carpentry workshop.
