Broad development goals

The overall aim of our development efforts is to improve the lively securiy of the poor, the maginarised and the disadvantaged in Hoima Diocese through stregthened and well coordinated poverty reduction and wealth creation programmes.

Our strategic objectives:
Hoima Caritas Development Organisation has four major objectives as follows.

• To improve Food security,nutrition and incomes of rural poor households.
  
  
• To improve health standards for the rural poor in the diocese
  
  
• To increase social justice through advocacy and raising the poor's ability to demand and defend their rights
  
  
• To stregthen HOCADEO's instutional and collabrative capacity for effecient and effective planning, implementation, support and coordination of pro-poor poverty reduction and wealth creation programes in Hoima Diocese.
