NASECO is located in Nalweyo sub-county-Nalweyo parish in Kibaale district

Main Activities

Multiplication of improved seed varieties of both staple food and cash crops e.g Maize, beans,soya bean,rice,and many others. It has a national coverage of distribution.

Objectives of the Company

• To multiply and supply quality seeds to farmers which will necessarily improve food production and income.
• Currently the following hybrid seeds are available on market:- Cow peas, Soya beans, Maize, Simsim and rice. The company grows the different seed species on diocesan land and also contracts some out growers.

Production and Equipment

• The production line is 5 tones every day
• Threshing, Shelling, predrying, Seed separation , manual sorting, manual seed dressing , Post drying and manual packing.
